06/2018 Harbour excavation from pontoon, Båtsfjord Norway
Recently, we sent our CAT390 Triple Boom to Båtsfjord, Norway to join a running project involving a thorough cleanup and deepening the bottom of the harbour. This particular underwater harbour excavation job in the most upper region of stunning Scandinavia (looking out over the Barents sea) requires a pontoon set-up for optimal reach, as you can see in the pic.
The Van Tunen CAT390 is now in full swing and enjoying a true Arctic summer: clear skies alternated with snowfall!
