In Anaklia, Georgia, a brand new deep-sea port is being constructed by Van Oord to facilitate trade between Asia and Europe. Van Tunen is present with 5 CAT D6 Bulldozers, 1 CAT980 and 2 CAT 349’s for the execution of the beach reclamation activities required to this end. The Anaklia Deep Sea Port is expected to become one of the largest ports in the Black Sea region.
